Just steps from the sea, this historic palazzo places you in the heart of Monopoli's old town. The house is divided into two apartments, each with its own kitchen and living area, filled with art and antique furnishings. Four of the five bedrooms look onto an internal atrium lush with tropical plants, but the real showstopper is the rooftop terrace. Here, you're treated to sweeping views across the horizon, with a copper plunge pool repurposed from an antique French cheese vat, plus an outdoor shower, kitchen and dining table for alfresco meals under the stars. As for the location, the house sits on the edge of a square, with cafes, shops, restaurants and gelaterias right on your doorstep.

The palazzo comprises two apartments spread across two floors.
The second bedroom on the first floor features two twin beds, plus a double bed on a mezzanine level that's semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
Kindly note that the nearest beach, Cala Porta Vecchia, is undergoing restoration and is temporarily closed.
