Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Set within a historic building dating back to the 1600s, this apartment pairs period character with a sleek, sultry style. Dark walls contrast with original wood-panelled ceilings, giving the space a cosy, dramatic feel. The open-plan layout – with no doors between rooms – adds to the sense of space, though it does mean privacy is limited if you're using the sofa bed in the living room. And the location? You couldn't be better placed for exploring the city on foot – the Spanish Steps are five minutes away, while Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon can be reached in around ten minutes.

About Spagna
Spagna is, perhaps unsurprisingly, focussed around the eponymous Piazza di Spagna. Along with the Trevi fountain, it’s one of the most visited sights in the entire city. Things weren’t always so auspicious – in the 16th century, the area was Rome’s red light district, but today it’s better known for the vine-covered romance of Via Margutta, home to Gregory Peck's impoverished journalist in Roman Holiday. This is not the place...
