The location of this apartment couldn’t be much better. It’s situated in La Kalsa, a historic, vibrant, and artistic quarter in the heart of Palermo. Palazzo Abatellis, Modern Art Gallery Sant'Anna and the Monastero di Santa Caterina d'Alessandria are just a few of the attractions a short stroll away. You’ll also find a wide range of cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep, too – save some energy for reaching this home, though, as there’s no lift here. Once inside this modern home, you can relax in the bright living room – this space also has a sofa bed, and while the kitchen is compact, it has everything you need for cooking some Sicilian cuisine.

There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb 50 steps to reach the second-floor entrance of the home.
The only bathroom is en-suite, so at full capacity, privacy will be lacking.
