Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
Wi-fi and cable are provided, but outages do occasionally occur in Port Aransas – if you're planning to work remotely or stream heavily, it's worth having a backup data plan.
Being on an island means mosquitoes and other pests can be common at certain times of year – it's worth packing repellent, especially if you're spending time outdoors in the evenings.
If you're planning to use the barbecue, note that charcoal isn't provided – you'll need to pick some up locally before firing it up.
You'll have two on-site parking spaces, though there's no garage access – that's reserved for the owner.
