Two houses on the same street in Port Aransas's Mahi Bay neighbourhood, set up for a group that wants space without sacrificing togetherness. One side of the pairing brings a private pool with loungers and an outdoor shower – handy for rinsing off before a swim. The other offers a tiki bar with swing seats, a grill, and lounge and dining areas built for long evenings. Inside both homes, shiplap walls and beachy accents keep things relaxed and unfussy. With eight parking spaces and boat parking on site, arriving with gear is easy.

The two homes are separate buildings on the same street rather than one connected property – your group will need to walk between them rather than move freely through a shared interior. It's worth agreeing in advance which home handles communal meals or evening gatherings.
One of the bedrooms has two single-over-double bunk beds that can sleep up to six people – we think this room and the other bunk room might be best suited to children.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
