A classic coastal beach house in Port Aransas, this place is built for groups who want to be close to everything without being in the thick of it. The neighbourhood backs onto a nature preserve – brilliant for birdwatching and peaceful evening walks – while sunset views and ships drifting through the channel give the outdoor living area real atmosphere. A covered ground-floor lounge with a fire pit and barbecue makes it easy to linger outside long after the beach bags are unpacked. To top it off, everything in Port Aransas is less than a five-minute drive away.

The beach is around eight blocks away, but you'll want a car for getting around – and note that golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at this home, so that's not an option for shuttling back and forth.
The bunk beds are designed for children only and carry a maximum weight limit of 200 lbs – they're not suitable for adults.
Like most coastal homes, this place has a lot of stairs – both inside and out. It may not suit those with limited mobility.
There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway. Boat parking is allowed.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
Port Aransas is an active coastal town and construction can crop up in the area at any time – your host can't guarantee you won't hear or see building work nearby during your visit.
