A stilt house on a corner lot in Port Aransas, built for groups who actually want to spend time together. The balcony off the main living area looks out over the shipping channel – an easy place to settle in with a drink as the light changes – while a covered patio downstairs gives you a separate spot for barbecues and evening gatherings under string lights. A second living area upstairs adds breathing room for larger groups, with its own balcony. The city pool, dog park, and nature preserve are all a block away.
