Three marina-front units sit side by side in Port Aransas, giving larger groups the freedom to spread out while still staying close. Each has its own character, from a light-filled living space and shaded balcony overlooking the passing boats to a more intimate setup for couples and flexible sleeping for families. A shared patio brings everyone together for alfresco meals, with the water providing the backdrop from morning coffee onwards. The Texas Coast Marina is right outside, setting an appropriately unhurried pace for the stay.

Home truths
The entire collection sits above a lively local restaurant, so you can expect sounds from diners, occasional live music, and some activity from the nearby car park – particularly in the evenings. It's part of what makes the location so lively, but worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
Two of the homes sit right on the marina but don't look directly over it – you'll enjoy the waterside atmosphere and convenience without a marina view from those two units. Direct marina views are only available from one of the homes.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Depending on travel dates, smaller groups may not have access to all the bedrooms. Please reach out for more information.
The bunk room is arranged with two single-over-double bunk beds, sleeping six guests.
