The shaded balcony on the larger unit is the natural gathering spot, fans turning overhead while boats move quietly across the marina below. Sip Yard, Port Aransas's largest live entertainment venue, is right across the street, and several waterfront restaurants are close by. When the evening winds down, a bunk room handles the younger crowd, while the grown-ups claim their own en-suite retreats.
