Two homes, a few houses apart, sleeping up to twenty-one guests – this Port Aransas setup is built for big groups who want space without losing each other entirely. Both back onto a nature preserve, where Spoonbills and Egrets are regular visitors, and the top balcony of one frames sweeping sunset views over the wetlands and ship channel. Down on the patio, there's a bar, cornhole, ladder ball, and a barbecue grill ready for cookouts. The beach is a five-minute drive away.

The beach is a five-minute drive away rather than walking distance, so you'll want a car for beach days and getting around Port Aransas generally.
The bunk beds in the bunk room are for children only, with a maximum weight of 200 lbs – they're not suitable for adults.
Port Aransas is an island, so mosquitoes and pests can be a noticeable presence at certain times of year. Both homes are treated by a professional pest control service every four to eight weeks.
