You'll have access to the on-site pool here. It's shared with the resort's other residents. It's heated by the HOA between December and the end of spring break, switched on Friday mornings and off Monday mornings at 88°C – your host has no control over the schedule or temperature.
Port Aransas is an active construction area, so there may be building work or community improvement projects audible or visible near the apartment during your stay.
Parking is available for up to four vehicles, depending on size. Kindly note that there isn't boat parking here.
