Two neighbouring condos within the 25-acre Island Retreat complex, this setup is made for large families or groups who want space without sacrificing togetherness. Direct beach access via a private boardwalk keeps the Gulf of Mexico close, while two pools, a sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, and charcoal grills mean there's plenty to fill the time between swims. One condo sits at ground level with patio views over the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf; the other has a second-floor balcony – a quiet spot for coffee as the day begins.
