When you do head out, the sand is a five-minute drive away – and on-site boat parking and golf cart access mean getting there rarely feels like an effort. You're a five-minute drive rather than a walk from the beach – you'll want access to a car for most outings.
You can park up to four vehicles here without a boat, or three vehicles if you're towing one – space varies depending on the size of the boat.
One of the rooms contains a double over double bunk bed and at full occupancy, you'll need to make use of one double foldout bed. We think it's best suited to children.
Being on a Gulf Coast island means mosquitoes and other pests can be more noticeable at certain times of year – worth packing repellent, especially if you're planning to spend evenings outdoors.
Construction activity is common across the town, so some noise or building works nearby can't be ruled out during your stay.
