The corner lot gives a little breathing room from neighbouring homes, and with the beach roughly six to seven blocks away and a putting green in the back garden, there's no shortage of ways to fill the days. Horace Caldwell Pier is a twenty-four-minute walk when you fancy watching the anglers work.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep in the loft area rather than a dedicated bedroom.
Bedroom four has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people, along with a king-size bed. We think this room works well for a family sharing with children.
Being on a barrier island means wi-fi and cable can drop out from time to time, and you may encounter mosquitoes or other insects during your stay – the villa is treated by a professional pest control service every four to eight weeks.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
