At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Wi-fi and cable are provided, but island outages do happen from time to time – if you rely on a solid connection for remote work, it's worth having a backup plan.
You're on a barrier island, so mosquitoes and pests can be common at certain times of year. The home is treated by professional pest control every four to eight weeks, but packing repellent is a good idea.
The community pool is not heated, so it's best suited to the warmer months if you're planning on a swim.
Parking fits two to three vehicles depending on size – worth coordinating with your group before arrival if you're arriving in multiple cars.
