This home comprises a five-bedroom main house and a studio-style pool house with a superking bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
One of the bedrooms sleeps four people in two single-over-single bunk beds – we think this room might be best suited to children.
You'll find room on the driveway for four average-sized vehicles and golf carts. Boat parking is allowed if you're bringing one along.
Being on a barrier island means mosquitoes and other pests can be a fact of life, particularly at certain times of year. Your host arranges professional pest control every four to eight weeks, but we'd recommend packing insect repellent just in case.
The wi-fi can occasionally be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
