This home spans multiple levels, so you'll be moving between floors regularly. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, the ground-floor pool casita suite means they can sleep and access the pool without tackling the stairs.
Port Aransas is an island location, so wi-fi and cable can drop out from time to time. If you rely on a stable connection for work, it's worth having a mobile backup plan.
Being on an island means mosquitoes and other pests can be a real presence at certain times of year. The home is treated by a professional pest control service every four to eight weeks, but we recommend packing insect repellent all the same.
There's free parking for up to four cars on the driveway.
