This lakeside retreat offers a memorable experience on the northern tip of Lake Tahoe. Boasting exclusive access to a sandy beach and glorious lake views, this is a dreamy choice of base. You’ll be just minutes from Kings Beach and a short walk from restaurants and shops, with the ski trails and ice rink just a ten-minute walk in winter. For summertime visits, you’ll likely spend most of your time on the deck, where you can lounge in the sun and dine under the stars. The home is split between the main house and a separate guest house for two, which is ideal for a couple seeking more space.

About Kings Beach
On the border of California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe is one of the largest bodies of water in the US. As you'd expect, it's an area of astounding beauty, but the lake has also made a name for itself as a centre for both winter sports and water sports, as well as hiking and cycling. The north shore is a bit quieter and more relaxed than the south. While there's still plenty to do (including the annual food and wine festival), you're unlikely to see crowds like you do in other parts of the region.
