Port Aransas living at its most unhurried – this house puts the beach a short stroll away, with the marina just a quick golf cart ride beyond that. The backyard does most of the heavy lifting: a pool, sun loungers, a covered patio, a putting green, and a fire pit make it easy to lose track of the time entirely. An outdoor shower keeps the sand outside where it belongs. Inside, the dining table seats ten and Sonos fills the main floor – every detail geared towards a group that wants to arrive, exhale, and stay a while.
