Old Portsmouth and Southsea seafront are a ten-minute drive away rather than on the doorstep, so you'll want a car or to make use of the bus stops a three-minute walk away.
Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request – just bring your own cot linen.
The living area and garden access are on the ground floor, while both bedrooms and the main bathroom are upstairs – you'll be using the stairs each time you head to bed or freshen up.
