Close to some of Sedona’s best trails and right across from a handful of restaurants, this village condo makes an easy base for getting out and about. The private patio gives you a bit of outdoor space to sit with a coffee or wind down in the evening. You’ll also have access to shared amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Sights like Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte are a short drive away, and there are cafés, a market, and wine tasting within walking distance – no need to draw straws for the designated driver. It’s a quieter spot than central Sedona, but still within easy reach of the main sights.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off the bedrooms. Guests staying on the sofa bed will need to use the bedroom en-suites for showering.
The fireplace in the living area is for decoration only and not for use.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
You'll have access to the on-site pool, hot tub and tennis court here. They're shared with other residents in the complex. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm – it is only heated from March to May.
