Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This penthouse sits in one of Florence’s most central neighbourhoods, just a short stroll from Santa Maria Novella and all of the city’s most iconic sights. Step inside and you’ll find a simple yet modern living-dining area complete with a handy kitchenette. We’d say it’s more suited to cooking light bites and preparing breakfasts – but with the city’s trattorias, pizzerias, and local cafes on your doorstep, it doesn’t feel like a problem. The real highlight here though is the panoramic terrace, perfect for sunset drinks overlooking the rooftops.

About Santa Maria Novella
Tucked inside the thirteenth century boulevard that marks out the oldest part of Florence, this neighbourhood is on the western edge of Florence’s historic centre. The Piazza Santa Maria Novella, with its Gothic church and museum, is the centrepiece, and while the area immediately surrounding the train station is fairly gritty, it’s a convenient spot for those just passing through.
