In the heart of the chic 8th Arrondissement, this Haussmannian apartment lives up to the grandeur of the neighbourhood – and then some. There's space for eight inside, though we think it's most comfortable for a group of six, with top-end toiletries, underfloor bathroom heating, and sumptuously refined design around every corner. It's the perfect base for shopping on the Champs-Élysées, taking in the Palais Garnier and the Louvre, or spending an afternoon in the Tuileries Garden – and when you're ready to venture further, the nearest metro is just a five-minute walk away.

There’s one en-suite shower room and another in the hallway – as is common in France, the toilets are separate, with two hallway WCs.
Construction work is ongoing on the second and third floors of the building. Work will take place during the building’s quiet hours, but some noise disturbance may still be experienced during your stay.
