If you’re looking for a well-connected London base for a working stay, this adults-only aparthotel hits the brief. Thanks to its Acton address, you’re in one of London’s most well-connected spots, with the nearby Underground making it easy to get around. Oxford Circus is only 20 minutes away, and the shopping mecca of White City is even closer. Back home, the studio layout is compact but well designed, with a handy kitchenette and cosy living area. And what it may lack in floorspace, it makes up for in shared facilities. Expect countless co-working and lounge spaces, and one of the best fitness centre set-ups we’ve seen for a London pad.

The vast expanse that is Acton has changed a lot over the past few decades, previously a humble residential spot known strangely for its abundance of launderettes, the area is now a buzzing and cosmopolitan neighbourhood with a vibrant mix of locals who can be found enjoying the many cosy restaurants and family friendly pubs that dot the area. Whilst the more everyday and 'suburban' feel of Acton won't be for those looking to stay in the lap of luxury, those looking for a family friendly with a genuine London feel with find this neighbourhood to be a perfect fit.
