Right in the centre of Maillane, this village house puts bakeries, cafés and dinner spots a short stroll from your door. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is ten minutes away for markets and restaurants, with the Alpilles National Park and surrounding vineyards close by for days out. Inside, it balances old and new, with exposed stone, beams and original tiles alongside a bright, sociable kitchen and a separate living space. Outside, the landscaped garden feels surprisingly private for such a central spot – a pool lined with loungers, plus a terrace and summer kitchen made for long, balmy evenings outdoors.

There’s free parking for one car on the gravel in front of the house beside the alfresco dining area. You may prefer to use the free communal village parking, just a one-minute walk away.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
Though there's enough bed space for eight people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. It is ideally suited to six adults and two children.
The second-floor shared bathroom features a sloped ceiling and includes a small bath better suited to children (though usable as a shower for adults).
