Set in downtown Miami, this sky-high apartment puts Bayfront Park, the Kaseya Center and the Brightline station within a short walk – ideal if you want to get around without relying on a car. The building leans into modern city living, with a shared rooftop pool, hot tub and gym, plus co-working spaces and quieter corners when you need them. Inside, it’s bright and contemporary, with a balcony for a bit of fresh air above the city. Expect a central location (which can be lively at times) and a short drive to Wynwood, the Design District and Miami Beach. It's a well-connected base for work, weekends or a bit of both.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.

The only full bathroom here is the en-suite off the main bedroom. While guests staying on the sofa bed have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use the main bedroom’s en-suite for showering.
Parking in Miami can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.
