On the third floor of a Newport Beach apartment steps from the sand, the balcony looks out past palm trees to the Pacific, Catalina Island, and the Balboa Pier – a view you'll want to linger over long after the barbecue is lit. The main bedroom catches that same outlook through the balcony door, so mornings start well here.
