Parking in Balboa Peninsula can be hectic, so having three dedicated spaces here – two in the garage and one in the carport – is a real advantage.
The kitchen and main living area sit on the upper floor, while the games room and additional bedrooms are downstairs.
If you're travelling with young children, the staircase and railings are worth keeping in mind.
The home sits in a residential area subject to a 10pm noise curfew, strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police. No parties or gatherings are permitted, and guests must be twenty-six or older to book.
