One valet parking space is included with the apartment – additional visitor parking is available at a fee, and street parking is not permitted on Collins Avenue, so factor that in if you're travelling with more than one car.
The second bedroom is a converted den with a bunk bed arranged with a double bed below and single above – fine for children or shorter stays, but worth bearing in mind if natural light matters to whoever sleeps there.
