At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the fourth bedroom – it also doubles as a study.
Small, well-behaved pets may be welcome upon request.
The pool is seasonal – it opens on 15th May and closes on 11th October, with heating running from Memorial Day through the first weekend of October. If you're visiting outside these dates, the pool won't be available.
You're in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so you'll need a car to reach Southampton Village, the beach, and restaurants – all a short drive away. Parking is available in the driveway.
Use of the indoor fireplaces requires approval and is allowed only during the winter season.
