Home truths
The heated pool is available seasonally – you can use it between 15th May and 11th October, with pool heating provided from Memorial Day through the first weekend of October. Outside those dates, the pool won't be accessible.
Parking is included on the premises, with spaces on the driveway.
The villa sits just off a main road rather than within a quieter residential neighbourhood – worth bearing in mind if you're after a tucked-away feel, though the property itself is gated and the backyard is fully private.
If you're travelling with a baby or toddler, your host can provide a cot – worth requesting before you arrive to make sure it's ready on check-in day.
Use of the indoor fireplace requires approval and is allowed only during the winter season.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome upon request.
