The pool is seasonal – you'll be able to use it between 16th May and 15th October only.
The pool itself isn't separately fenced, although the surrounding backyard is fully enclosed. Two doors lead to the pool area and both have child safety alarms.
Parking is available in the driveway – street parking is not allowed.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The indoor fireplace is available by request only and requires prior approval from your host.
