Home truths

  • This home is currently listed for sale, so there’s a rare chance your host might need to carry out viewings during your stay – advance notice would be given.

  • While the apartment is on the ground floor, the rooms are set over two floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here.

  • One cupboard in the main bedroom wardrobe is locked and reserved for the host – you'll have the rest of the storage space to yourselves.

  • There is no free parking near this home, so we recommend arriving by public transport or taxi. Gloucester Road Underground station is a six-minute walk, with the Piccadilly, District, and Circle lines all close at hand.

About Kensington

Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
