Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

When you’re staying just six minutes from King’s Cross Station, the bustling travel hub of London, you might not expect to find serenity. However, this Georgian maisonette defies all expectations, offering a luxurious and calm spot with elegant and original decor. From rich, hardwood flooring and cabinets, to chic hanging lamps and art adorning the walls, a rustic versus modern contrast is present throughout. While we love the interior details, an outdoor area in the city centre is a rare feature that’s hard to ignore. With not one but two separate spaces for entertaining, enjoy an Earl Grey in the morning, and move on to a glass of fine English sparkling wine by dusk. As if exploring the gorgeous home and grounds wasn’t enough, your host has some extra surprises. Indoors, find your very own 4K projector and sound system for a luxury movie night. Outside, find a barbecue and even an outdoor heater for winter nights. If you muster up the courage to leave your peaceful palace, head seven minutes over the canal to Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard. For foodies and shoppers alike, this recently redeveloped area has beautifully renovated buildings housing cocktail bars, artisan markets, and...

About Kings Cross

Kings Cross might have a historically seedy reputation on account of being a major London transport hub but things have certainly changed. The area has recently undergone major regeneration works, been pumped with some serious investment, and it is now home to some serious players on the restaurant scene (Granger & Co and Caravan to name just two). You can see some world-class contemporary art at Gagosian Gallery's largest London outpost and you're also within easy walking distance of the charming literary area of Bloomsbury on one side and desirable Islington on the other.
