With fantastic Mediterranean Sea views from every room, this home offers a truly unforgettable escape on the Italian Riviera. You can admire the vistas from the terrace and from the wonderful infinity pool. There’s also a hot tub and an outdoor yoga and fitness area, as well as a fire pit, perfect for gathering around on late summer evenings. Inside, the arched windows frame the seascape, and the main bedroom has an amazing spa-style en-suite bathroom. Perched on a hill, this villa is around 2 kilometres from the town of Ventimiglia and a short drive from Menton, over the border on the French Riviera.

Home truths
This home is set over several floors. The substantial grounds feature steps and different levels – therefore, this home is not best suited to those with mobility issues, and if travelling with children, supervision is advised.
The hot tub is on the main bedroom's private balcony.
While two of the bedrooms and several bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. Also, one bedroom has its own entrance.
There's air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living area only.
This home is designed for eco-conscious living, with its solar panels and electric vehicle charging station.
Please note that the home is on a hillside and the last 70 metres of the road is particularly narrow (2.4 metres wide).
We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking on the private driveway with its electric gates.
