Class is in session (minus the teachers and homework) at this beautifully converted village school, and it’s full marks from us. Just outside Norwich and close to the Norfolk Broads, this old schoolhouse blends original character with modern touches like glass ceilings. The space includes a living-dining room, as well as a kitchen next to a conservatory snug. Outside, the half-acre garden is a real treat, with a spot for lunch, a fire pit for evenings under the stars, and room to just relax. With boating on the Broads five minutes away and the beaches of Horsey and Winterton within easy reach by car, we couldn’t think of a better countryside retreat.

Host
This home is managed by Oliver
This home is managed by a business on behalf of its owner. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Nearly twenty years ago, Oliver and his friend began curating the world's most unique and rustic getaways. Driven by their own unforgettable experience at a chateau, they have grown remarkably since then. Much like Plum, they believe in hand-picked luxury that doesn't break the bank.
