Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
Nestled in the 13th arrondissement, this apartment has a cosy stay written all over it. While it may not be the most central of locations, Place d'Italie Station is incredibly well-connected with three metro lines – that means you can zip around the city with ease. Another benefit is the small balcony back home. There's only one seat, but it's still a nice spot for a cocktail or a coffee. Need to check in with the office? A desk in the living area makes working from home easy. We think it's a great base for a solo traveller wanting to experience a more local side of Paris.

Home truths
You'll have access to the rooftop swimming pool here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
There's only one chair on the balcony, so we think this home is best for a solo traveller.
The kitchen is compact and doesn't have a lot of counter space. That said, it's still suitable for rustling up lighter bites. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
You won't need a car in this location. Instead of driving, we suggest taking advantage of nearby metro stations to explore further afield.
