Set in the hills between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, this manor house looks out over Lake Bolsena, with a sparkling pool set within the garden offering a peaceful spot to unwind. The panoramic terrace is set up for long lunches and late dinners, while cypress-lined grounds and olive trees keep things feeling properly secluded. Inside, it leans into its country-house roots with fireplaces, multiple living spaces and plenty of room to spread out. A lower-level suite, accessed separately, adds flexibility for groups wanting a bit of privacy. Lake Bolsena is a short drive for swimming and sailing, while hill towns, vineyards and the medieval town of Civita di Bagnoregio are all within easy reach.
