The villa is spread across three floors, though you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor for ease. The lower level is a self-contained apartment connected to the main house. It has a living area, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom, as well as separate external access.
San Teodoro is a lively summer destination, and the area around La Cinta beach and the town itself can get busy during peak season – worth factoring in if you're hoping for a quieter escape.
You'll want to hire a car for this stay, as exploring the beaches and restaurants of North East Sardinia independently means having your own wheels.
