This traditional villa occupies an enviable position on Sardinia’s northern coast, just footsteps from the water and a short walk from Portobello Beach. You’ll need to hire a car if you fancy exploring further afield, but Santa Teresa Gallura is well worth the drive. Each bedroom boasts sea views and the terrace – complete with a private pool and covered seating area – is the ideal spot for a sundowner or two. Though the home is a little dated in parts, we think it adds to the charm, and with a location like this, we don’t think you’ll mind too much.
