A ten-minute drive from Nice’s old town, this spacious modern home spans a two-bedroom duplex and a self-contained studio, all just a short walk from the coast. Between days spent exploring Nice and road trips along the Riviera, you may find it hard to leave, with a spacious rooftop terrace made for morning coffee and evening drinks, as well as a sumptuous freestanding bathtub for fully switching off. While the sea views are reason enough to stay put, the restaurants, beaches, and coastline of the Côte d’Azur are all within easy reach when you’re ready to head out.
