A classic mid-century villa in Palm Desert, framed by palms and shaped by the Hugh Kaptur design tradition – single-level, easy to move around, and built almost entirely around outdoor living. The pool and hot tub terrace is the heart of it all, with a covered area alongside for shade when the desert sun is at full force. Step straight out from the living room or the main bedroom to reach it, and come evening, the barbecue and outdoor fireplace make it easy to stay outside well past sunset. Joshua Tree National Park is just over an hour when the mood for wide desert skies strikes.
