In Vista Las Palmas, this mid-century home by Dan Palmer and William Krisel – later updated by Hal Levitt – comes with some serious Palm Springs credentials, including Class 1 Historic Site status. The living space opens straight onto the pool, with glass walls that slide away completely. There’s a sunken living area facing the San Jacinto Mountains, which feels very Palm Springs. Outside, a swim-up bar sits at the water’s edge, with a spa and fire pit for later in the day. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, with details like a skylit shower and courtyard access. You can walk to nearby cafés and restaurants, and Joshua Tree is just under an hour away.
