In Vista Las Palmas, this mid-century home by William Krisel sits in one of Palm Springs’ most recognisable neighbourhoods. It’s about five minutes from downtown. The pool, hot tub and putting green are likely to get plenty of use, with a fire pit for later in the day and mountain views framed by tall palms and open desert. Inside, the layout works well for groups, with two en-suite bedrooms and a fourth room set up as a media space with a sleeper sofa rather than a full bedroom. You’re close to restaurants, galleries and hiking trails, so it’s easy to head out – or stay put and make the most of what’s here.
