The fourth bedroom is set on its own level, accessed by stairs. The shower and sink are open to the room, so privacy is a bit limited, though the toilet is separate. The ceiling in this bedroom is on the low side – it might not be suitable for taller guests.
The lounge is missing some curtains, and it's somewhat overlooked by the building opposite. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.
