While you’ll be within a ten-minute stroll of the iconic Promenade des Anglais, the beach, and the old town, the building is set back from the road, with a small gated garden. Inside centres around the open-plan living space, which is bright and airy thanks to its huge windows. Here you can enjoy a meal at the dining table, relax in the seating area, or step out onto the private balcony to watch life go by on the street below.
