Set in sought-after Cap d’Antibes, this contemporary villa is all about sea views and outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a broad terrace overlooking the coast, with a pool, Jacuzzi, and a well set-up summer kitchen for long lunches and relaxed dinners outside. There’s plenty of space to spread out, from shaded seating areas to quieter corners above the garden. You’re within walking distance of the shoreline, with Baie des Milliardaires Beach and Garoupe Beach close by, as well as the coastal path at Sentier du Littoral. It’s a peaceful pocket of the Riviera, with the restaurants and beaches of Juan-les-Pins and Antibes just a short drive away.
