Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This stripped-back, split-level home contrasts with the vibrant streets of downtown Lisbon, right on its doorstep. The Santa Justa Lift and Botanical Garden are within walking distance, and Cais do Sodré train station is nearby for trips to the beach. After calf-burning climbs up the city’s seven hills, take a box of custard tarts back to the pad – best enjoyed on the internal terrace. For those planning a longer stay, you’ll be pleased to know the kitchen is well-appointed and there’s a desk for remote working.

About Chiado
Chiado is full of old-world charm, and is one of the best-loved parts of Lisbon. Think pastel-hued homes, cobbled streets and plenty of squares to soak up the atmosphere. There’s a slower pace of life in Chiado, which is why it’s so popular with locals. Hop on a tram to take in the open-air ruin of the Camo church, a Gothic masterpiece that was mostly destroyed in an earthquake, or hit the shops – this is one of Lisbon’s best shopping districts, after all.
