As you'd expect from a home in Chianti, there are plenty of picturesque spots to sit back and enjoy a drink at this villa. You'll get the best country views from the pool terrace – the hydromassage area is a nice touch – but you could easily opt for patio drinks or picnics on the lawn. The interiors are classic Tuscany – open-plan living spaces linked by arches, which frame the green views outside and provide plenty of options for entertaining – the long dining table is perfect for family dinners. While a day trip to Florence is possible, we recommend making for historic towns like San Gimignano and Volterra, both under an hour away.
