Sitting in the historic centre of Florence, this apartment puts you within easy reach of the city's greatest landmarks – Santa Croce Basilica is a nine-minute stroll, Piazza della Signoria eleven-minutes on foot, and Ponte Vecchio roughly fifteen. The contemporary geometric design feels considered against its ancient surroundings, pairing modern lines with Florentine character. After a day among Renaissance masterpieces, the bedroom offers a restful retreat, and the living space is well suited to a slow evening in. Santa Maria Novella Station is a fifteen-minute walk away, making day trips straightforward.

Home truths
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, and the entrance staircase is narrow – it may not suit guests with reduced mobility.
Street noise can be audible from inside – the majority of guests describe it as peaceful at night, so this may vary depending on when you visit, but it's worth bearing in mind if you're a light sleeper.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
You'll need to show ID for all guests and sign a lease agreement on arrival, as required by Italian law – make sure everyone in your group has their documents to hand.
This host collects tourist tax separately from your booking payment. 7 days before check-in, your host will send you a link to pay the tax.
